Asakusa Chochin Monaka

We are the only store in Japan specializing in “Monaka”. Ice cream monaka that can be enjoyed on the spot and anko (sweet bean paste) monaka that is a welcome souvenir. We have rearranged the ice cream monaka that used to be sold at candy stores into a modern version. The nostalgic taste of monaka will surely please everyone from adults to children.

Asakusa Kibidango Azuma

We have reproduced the kibidango that actually existed in Nakamise during the Edo period and are demonstrating and selling them. Please also enjoy the energetic voices of the chic older brothers and the downtown girls selling the kibidango.

Asakusa Kuju

The third building from Sensoji Temple. It is the third store from Sensoji Temple that demonstrates and sells Aged-manju. Aged-manju is made from Japanese azuki beans and fried in a blend of three kinds of high quality oil at an exquisite temperature. They are available for purchase in stores in quantities of one or more. Please enjoy the high quality ingredients and Edo craftsmanship.

Ebiya Souhonpo

Edo-mae tsukudani is made slowly using traditional methods and secret sauces, paying particular attention to ingredients and freshness. We manufacture and sell wakani tsukudani, which is made with the flavor of carefully selected ingredients, and with a moderately low salt content to suit modern tastes. They are appreciated as souvenirs and gifts.

Founded in 1902. Imoyokan (sweet potato dumplings), which are made with less sweetness and more rustic flavor, is synonymous with Funawa. Another popular product is “Anko-dama,” a sweet bean paste wrapped in agar, with the sweetness kept to a minimum. We also have a variety of assortments, so please take advantage of them. We ship directly from the factory to all over Japan.

Asakusa rice crackers are made from carefully selected akitakomachi grown by reliable farmers and baked one by one over a charcoal fire, resulting in a delicious taste. Isekan has been in business since 1717. The current owner is the 8th generation. It is a specialty store of “Asakusa Nori” that boasts a wide variety of products for business use, gifts, souvenirs, and other purposes.

We are a long-established rice cracker store established in 1940. Using carefully selected domestic rice, soy sauce, natural salt, and other ingredients, they continue to produce hand-baked rice crackers, arare, and okaki using traditional methods.
